About Us:

​ Elegance Clean LLC is a fast-growing, premium residential cleaning company that has been proudly serving the Nashville area for almost two years. We provide luxury-level, meticulously detailed cleans for high-end clientele. We are expanding rapidly and need reliable, independent professionals to grow with us!​ The Role (How We Work):​ We operate with a hybrid model. You will start by working as a team alongside the owner on larger jobs (like deep cleans and move-outs). Once you prove your skills, reliability, and attention to detail, you will have the opportunity to take on smaller 1-to-2 bedroom solo contracts entirely on your own.​

Pay & Growth Structure:

​ Starting Pay ($18/hour):​ This is the starting rate for your trial phase and team cleans while you learn our luxury standards.​Growth Pay ($25 - $30/hour):​ Your pay will increase as you prove your ability to work independently AND once you are fully equipped with your own complete set of professional cleaning supplies (mop, chemicals, caddy, etc.) to handle solo jobs.​

Equipment Requirements:

To Start:

​ You MUST have your own working vacuum. (We will provide the rest of the cleaning chemicals and supplies for group/team projects).​

To Advance:

​ To take on solo contracts at the highest pay tier, you must eventually acquire your own complete set of cleaning equipment.​

Payment Schedule:

Trial Day:

​ A paid trial cleaning is required to start. You will receive ​same-day pay​ for this trial.​

Regular Pay:

​ After the trial, you will be paid weekly every Friday via Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal (Direct Deposit coming in the future).​

What We Are Looking For:

Immediate Availability:

​ We have a deep clean this Monday and a move-out clean this Wednesday. We are looking to hire immediately! ​

Independent & Communicative:

​ You must be proactive, able to follow instructions, and maintain excellent communication when dispatched to a job.​

Reliable Transportation:

​ You must have your own vehicle to get to job sites.​
