Duties Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, including hot dishes, pastries, fruits, and beverages, following food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food stations. Assist with food presentation and ensure all items are replenished promptly to meet guest demand. Buss tables efficiently by clearing dishes and ensuring the dining area remains tidy throughout service hours. Follow proper food handling procedures and adhere to dietary restrictions or special guest requests. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction. Uphold high standards of cleanliness through regular cleaning duties, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment. Provide excellent guest services by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring a positive experience. Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles such as host/hostess, server, or catering assistant is preferred. Kitchen experience including food preparation, cooking, or meal assembly is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling techniques is essential for maintaining health standards. Customer service skills including guest relations, and communication are vital for success.
