Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of rental properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common spaces Perform detailed floor care, including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning to ensure pristine surfaces Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels for guest turnover Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, appliances, and high-touch areas in accordance with health guidelines Restock supplies like toiletries, cleaning products, and amenities to prepare the space for new guests Conduct regular custodial tasks including trash removal, dusting, and window cleaning to keep properties immaculate Communicate effectively with property managers or hosts regarding maintenance needs or guest feedback Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping management Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods and operating cleaning equipment safely Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude towards guests and team members Experience in laundry services and handling household or hospitality supplies efficiently Familiarity with cleaning products, safety protocols, and best practices for maintaining hygienic environments Prior experience in hospitality or hotel industry is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Embark on a fulfilling journey where your dedication to cleanliness directly enhances guest satisfaction!
