Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces to ensure cleanliness and hygiene. Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to maintain health standards. Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items efficiently. Maintain floor care by performing deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, and applying floor finishing techniques as needed. Manage janitorial responsibilities for both indoor and outdoor areas, including trash removal, window cleaning, and outdoor surface maintenance. Use manual handling techniques safely when lifting heavy objects or moving furniture to prevent injury. Communicate effectively with clients regarding their specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service throughout each visit. Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments such as custodial or janitorial roles. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, equipment operation, and sanitation standards required for various environments. Familiarity with cleaning detergents, floor care products, and carpet cleaning tools. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks with physical stamina. Experience in outdoor work environments is a plus. Excellent client communication skills coupled with a professional attitude towards housekeeping management.
