Job Overview:
As a Cabin Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our luxury cabins are in impeccable condition for our guests. You will be responsible for inspecting our cabins before guest check-ins, ensuring that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and maintenance. Additionally, you will collaborate with our cleaners to ensure that all cabins are properly stocked with necessary amenities and linens, and that any maintenance or housekeeping issues are addressed promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect cabins before guest check-ins to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and maintenance
  • Collaborate with the cleaners to ensure that all cabins are fully stocked with necessary amenities and linens
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks to identify and report any potential issues in the cabins
  • Report and follow up on any maintenance or housekeeping issues to ensure prompt resolution
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of cabin inspections and inventory
  • Train and coach cleaners on cabin inspection standards and procedures
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role
  • Reliable transportation
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Detail-oriented with a strong eye for cleanliness and maintenance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
