In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Duties Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas thoroughly and efficiently Change bed linens, towels, and replenish amenities to ensure guest satisfaction Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and perform detailed floor care to maintain impeccable surfaces Handle janitorial tasks such as waste removal, dusting, and surface cleaning with precision Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment properly during industrial cleaning tasks Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution Maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with hotel policies and health regulations Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or housekeeping within hotels or similar environments Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and guest service expectations Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks safely using appropriate equipment and chemicals Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards Effective time management skills to complete assigned duties efficiently Experience in housekeeping management is a plus for supervisory roles or team coordination Embark on a career where your dedication transforms spaces into welcoming retreats!
