In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and common areas, as well as managing laundry services to ensure that all linens and garments are impeccably cleaned and presented. Your contributions will play a vital role in enhancing the overall guest experience at our establishment. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Launder linens, towels, and other items using appropriate washing techniques and detergents. Manage dry cleaning services as needed, ensuring that garments are handled with care and returned promptly. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and laundry products, notifying management when reordering is necessary. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing all cleaning tasks. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns regarding housekeeping or laundry services. Experience Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with laundering techniques, including dry cleaning processes, is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
