The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various settings, including hotels and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service while ensuring that all areas are clean, organized, and welcoming. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and well-maintained. Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and fresh for guests. Conduct floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to maintain high cleanliness standards. Assist with cooking and preparing light meals as needed for staff or guests. Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management. Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment. Experience Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required. Familiarity with hotel operations is a plus, particularly in maintaining guest satisfaction through cleanliness. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames. A friendly demeanor with effective communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
