Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Care for floors by sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance. Restock amenities such as toiletries, linens, towels, and other supplies to ensure guest satisfaction. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to promote a hygienic environment. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution. Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas and assist with linen management when needed. Support the overall cleanliness and organization of the property by adhering to hospitality standards and janitorial best practices. Experience Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred. Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and floor care techniques is advantageous. Experience in hospitality or janitorial services demonstrates your ability to deliver exceptional service under pressure. Knowledge of cleaning products, safety guidelines, and sanitation procedures is essential. Housekeeping management experience is a plus for those interested in leadership opportunities within the team.
