Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team. In this vital role, you will ensure our guests and residents experience a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality, creating memorable stays for all. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, suites, or residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, restrooms, and kitchens with a focus on sanitation and safety Care for floors through sweeping, polishing, carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques to ensure a pristine appearance Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and amenities to ensure guest comfort and operational readiness Follow established safety protocols and sanitation procedures to promote a healthy environment for guests and staff Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to uphold the highest standards of hygiene Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and commercial cleaning methods Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude towards guests or residents Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely Experience with laundry operations and custodial responsibilities is preferred Prior housekeeping management experience is a plus for supervisory roles Basic understanding of cooking or kitchen sanitation is beneficial but not required Join us in creating welcoming environments where cleanliness meets comfort!
