Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to maintain hygiene and aesthetic appeal Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to ensure a safe environment Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care and efficiency Clean floors using various methods including sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques to preserve flooring quality Maintain cleanliness of surfaces such as countertops, appliances, bathroom fixtures, and furniture with attention to detail Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively while adhering to all safety protocols for manual handling and heavy lifting Manage outdoor work responsibilities like patio or porch cleaning as needed to uphold overall property presentation Communicate professionally with clients regarding specific cleaning preferences or special requests to enhance customer satisfaction Organize housekeeping supplies and manage time effectively to complete tasks within scheduled periods without compromising quality Experience Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles with a strong understanding of janitorial and custodial practices Familiarity with cleaning detergents, equipment operation, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation standards Demonstrated ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and outdoor work when required Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple client homes or properties Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients about their needs Experience managing housekeeping routines independently or within a team environment in residential settings Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices is a plus but not mandatory; eagerness to learn new skills is valued Join us in creating pristine homes where comfort meets cleanliness!
