Requisitos:

Se requiere experiencia previa en housekeeping o limpieza de apartamentos. Debe contar con vehículo propio y confiable para movilizarse a diferentes propiedades. Debe proporcionar sus propios productos, suministros y materiales de limpieza. Ser responsable, puntual y detallista. Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente.

Horario:

Lunes a viernes. Algunos sábados pueden ser requeridos. Las ubicaciones de trabajo pueden variar según las propiedades asignadas.

Pago:

Pago por apartamento completado. Las tarifas y detalles específicos del pago se explicarán durante la entrevista.

Housekeeper / Apartment

Cleaner IPIS Services LLC is looking for a responsible and reliable Housekeeper / Apartment Cleaner to work as a 1099 independent contractor cleaning apartments at different properties throughout the DFW area.

Requirements:

Previous housekeeping or apartment cleaning experience is required. Must have your own reliable vehicle and be able to travel to different properties. Must provide your own cleaning products, supplies, and materials. Must be responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented. Must be able to work independently.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday. Some Saturdays may be required. Work locations may vary depending on assigned properties.

Compensation:

Pay is per apartment completed. Specific rates and payment details will be discussed during the interview.

Job Type:

1099 Independent Contractor.
