Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to meet high standards of cleanliness. Handle specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, upholstery maintenance, and sanitation procedures to ensure hygienic environments. Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing as needed. Maintain janitorial supplies inventory and ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously during visits. Follow safety protocols and health guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Assist with housekeeping management tasks when required, including scheduling or coordinating cleaning activities for larger projects or teams. Qualifications Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable. Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, sanitation practices, carpet cleaning, and janitorial procedures. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for long periods, bending, and reaching. Basic familiarity with laundry operations and equipment is a plus. Certification or experience in hotel housekeeping management or janitorial services is advantageous.
