We are currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team in the North Austin area. This role is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments for guests, employees, and visitors within an extended-stay hospitality setting. The ideal candidate takes pride in cleanliness, works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and is able to work independently or as part of a team.

$15.00-$18.00/hr DOE (Depending on Experience) Job Summary The Housekeeper / Custodial Associate is responsible for delivering a clean, sanitary, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the property. This role focuses on maintaining occupied guest rooms, performing deep cleaning after guest departures, and supporting the cleanliness of common areas. Team members play a key role in ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining overall property quality standards through attention to detail and consistent service. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Clean guest rooms according to property standards, including bathrooms, kitchenettes, floors, and furnishings Perform deep cleaning of rooms after guest departures, including sanitizing surfaces, changing linens, and cleaning appliances Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and remove trash throughout the property Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of restrooms, break rooms, offices, hallways, stairwells, lobbies, and common areas Replenish linens, towels, toiletries, restroom supplies, and housekeeping inventory Restock and organize housekeeping carts and cleaning storage areas Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to management promptly Follow all company safety procedures, sanitation standards, and proper use of cleaning chemicals and PPE Assist with special cleaning projects and additional duties as assigned Provide friendly and professional interactions with guests, staff, and visitors when needed Qualifications Previous housekeeping, custodial, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred but not required Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and also as part of a team Reliable attendance, punctuality, and strong work ethic required Ability to read and follow instructions in English Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship Employment subject to E-Verify verification Expectations Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude Be dependable and available to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability with changing priorities Maintain confidentiality of guest and company information Support team goals and contribute to a positive work environment Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb stairs, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks for extended periods Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs independently and up to 100 lbs with assistance Ability to use hands and arms continuously for cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, wiping, and lifting Ability to work around cleaning chemicals, dust, odors, and varying indoor/outdoor temperatures Must be able to perform essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation EEO Statement AtWork is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers all applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic under applicable law.
