Housekeeper/Laundry

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring that all laundry services meet the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in a hotel or similar environment, with skills in dry cleaning and laundering. Responsibilities Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, common areas, and laundry facilities to ensure a pristine environment. Launder linens, towels, and other items using appropriate washing techniques and chemicals. Sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute laundry items efficiently. Handle dry cleaning processes for specialized garments as needed. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages to management. Adhere to safety and sanitation policies to ensure a safe working environment. Respond promptly to requests from guests or management regarding cleaning or laundry needs. Requirements Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry services, preferably in a hotel setting. Knowledge of laundering techniques and dry cleaning processes. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and quality. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy loads as required.
