Use janitorial equipment safely for heavy lifting tasks like moving furniture or large laundry loads while adhering to manual handling guidelines. Follow hotel emergency procedures promptly and accurately in case of incidents or safety concerns. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests professionally and ensuring their comfort throughout their stay. Skills Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or custodial roles with a focus on industrial cleaning or janitorial services. Strong knowledge of floor cleaning techniques including floor care, vacuuming, and the use of cleaning equipment. Ability to handle chemical agents safely while maintaining compliance with SDS guidelines for sanitation products. Skilled in manual handling practices necessary for heavy lifting tasks related to laundry or furniture movement. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude towards guests and team members. Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment.
