This role includes cleaning guest accommodations, changing linens, restocking supplies, reporting maintenance issues, and following established cleanliness and safety standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and well-maintained Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and polishing surfaces to uphold a pristine appearance Restock amenities like toiletries, towels, and linens to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency Follow established cleaning protocols for industrial cleaning tasks in public spaces and back-of-house areas Maintain cleanliness standards in hallways, lobbies, elevators, and other shared spaces to create a welcoming environment for all guests Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for swift resolution Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles; hotel experience is highly preferred Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning procedures Familiarity with custodial practices within a hospitality setting or similar environment Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Previous experience in housekeeping management is a plus but not required
