ABOUT PERFECT LIVING SERVICES

Perfect Living Services is a home and property services company operating in the United Kingdom and Texas. We are expanding our independent provider network across the Dallas-Fort Worth metro and are accepting applications from experienced cleaning providers.

WHAT THIS IS

This is 1099 independent contractor work, not employment. We book the customer and confirm the scope, property size and condition. When a job matches your categories, coverage area and availability, we send you the opportunity with the payout already stated. Opportunities are offered individually based on your experience, location, availability, documentation and agreed payout. You may accept or decline each opportunity. You set your own schedule and your own clients remain entirely your own.

CLEANING CATEGORIES

Recurring weekly, biweekly and monthly One-time standard cleaning Deep cleaning Move-in and move-out turnovers Post-construction cleanup Office and commercial Add-on work — oven and refrigerator interiors, interior windows, carpet and upholstery, laundry

PAY AND TERMS

Standard cleans typically pay $95

• 130, deep cleans $150
• 200, and move-out and post-construction $200
• 260 and up depending on property size and condition.

The payout is stated on every offer before you accept it. Materials, parking, tolls and disposal are priced and approved separately and are not deducted from your payout. Every job states in writing whether the customer or the provider supplies the vacuum, tools and cleaning products. This is never assumed. We do not promise guaranteed work or guaranteed income. What we do promise is that every opportunity you receive is a real job with the payout shown up front.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

Prior residential or move-out cleaning experience Reliable transportation Ability to supply your own products and equipment, or confirm per job Smartphone for job details and completion photos Liability insurance, or willingness to obtain it Willingness to complete a consent-based background check 18 or older Individual cleaners and small cleaning companies are both welcome to apply.

A NOTE ON RECURRING WORK

Recurring customers are matched to providers within approximately 30 minutes' normal drive of the property, so please tell us your area accurately. Deep cleans and move-out turnovers are matched over a wider radius.
