Housekeeper Dripping Springs, TX 78620 $16 an hour - Full-time $16 an hour - Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure that our residential or commercial spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. In this vital role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services, managing laundry tasks, and creating a welcoming environment for residents, guests, or clients. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to a pristine, organized, and hygienic setting that exceeds expectations every day. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces using proper cleaning techniques and products Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and efficiency Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and performing specialized carpet cleaning when necessary Ensure sanitation standards are met by disinfecting surfaces, trash removal, and adhering to health guidelines Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to residents' or guests' requests and maintaining a friendly attitude Manage residential or commercial cleaning schedules to optimize efficiency and quality of service Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as inventory control of cleaning supplies and reporting maintenance issues Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial expertise Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor polishing Ability to perform laundry duties efficiently while maintaining fabric integrity Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards or housekeeper management is a plus Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high standards of cleanliness consistently Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks for extended periods Join us in creating clean, comfortable spaces that make a positive difference!
