Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and outdoor work as needed Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and cleaning equipment to ensure hygienic environments Manage laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items Operate various cleaning tools such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, carpet cleaners, and janitorial equipment with manual handling safety in mind Maintain cleanliness of surfaces, floors, bathrooms, kitchens, and other designated areas while adhering to health and safety standards Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service throughout each visit Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as scheduling cleanings, inventory control of cleaning supplies, and ensuring compliance with sanitation protocols Experience Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is highly desirable; janitorial or custodial experience is a plus Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor cleaning, carpet care, dusting, and sanitation procedures Familiarity with the use of cleaning detergents and equipment for various surfaces Experience in laundry operations within a hospitality or residential setting is advantageous Outdoor work experience is beneficial for maintaining exterior spaces when required Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple locations Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform manual handling tasks comfortably Join us in creating pristine environments where clients feel valued and comfortable!
