Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of apartments, including dusting, vacuuming, floor care, carpet cleaning, and surface sanitation to uphold cleanliness standards. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures effectively across all residential and communal areas. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and resident belongings with care. Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents safely while adhering to safety protocols for manual handling and heavy lifting. Maintain outdoor work areas by sweeping walkways, cleaning entryways, and ensuring exterior spaces are tidy and inviting. Communicate professionally with residents regarding their cleaning needs or special requests to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Manage time efficiently to complete daily cleaning schedules while prioritizing urgent or special cleaning tasks. Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability in cleaning surfaces, floors, carpets, and outdoor spaces using various cleaning equipment. Knowledge of cleaning detergents, sanitation practices, and safety procedures related to manual handling and heavy lifting. Experience in laundry operations including fabric care and linen management. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members. Proven time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience managing housekeeping tasks within residential communities or similar settings is a plus.
