Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, residential units, or common areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and efficiency Maintain impeccable floor care by sweeping, mopping, waxing, or carpet cleaning to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed meticulously to promote health and safety standards Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest or resident requests promptly and professionally Restock supplies like toiletries, towels, and cleaning products to keep spaces fully equipped Assist with janitorial tasks in commercial or public areas to uphold cleanliness standards across the facility Requirements Proven experience in housekeeping, custodial work, or janitorial services; hotel or residential cleaning experience is highly valued Familiarity with floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor waxing Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety protocols in cleaning environments Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude Basic knowledge of laundry processes and handling various cleaning supplies safely Prior experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeper management is a plus Embark on a rewarding career where your attention to detail makes a real difference!
