Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces to ensure a spotless environment Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational spaces by sweeping, mopping, and restocking supplies Perform floor care duties including carpet cleaning, polishing hard floors, and ensuring all surfaces are well-maintained Restock amenities like towels, toiletries, and linens to meet guest needs efficiently Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to management promptly Support housekeeping management in inventory control and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial services, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and industrial cleaning equipment preferred Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and custodial best practices is highly desirable Embark on a rewarding career where your skills make a real difference!
