If you enjoy staying active, working as part of a team, and making a positive impact on every guest's stay, we'd love to meet you. Housekeeping is one of the most important departments in our hotel. Every clean room represents our commitment to quality, hospitality, and guest satisfaction. Successful hotel housekeepers are detail-oriented, efficient, and committed to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Responsibilities Clean and prepare guest rooms to hotel and Choice Hotels brand standards. Make beds and replace linens and towels. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens (where applicable), and guest room surfaces. Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust guest rooms and public areas. Restock guest amenities, coffee supplies, and toiletries. Inspect rooms for cleanliness, maintenance issues, and missing items. Report maintenance concerns and lost-and-found items promptly. Maintain housekeeping carts, storage rooms, and linen areas in an organized manner. Respond professionally to guest requests. Work efficiently to complete assigned rooms while maintaining exceptional quality. Follow all safety procedures and chemical handling guidelines. Qualifications Previous hotel housekeeping experience is preferred but not required—we are happy to train motivated individuals. Strong attention to detail. Positive attitude and dependable attendance. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good time management and organizational skills. Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds and remain active throughout the shift. Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
