Job Description:
We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner (individual or small team) to handle turnover cleanings for our short-term rental condo at The Waters at Horseshoe Bay Resort. This is an ongoing, as-needed position — cleanings happen after each guest checkout, so we need someone we can count on for consistent quality and quick turnaround, since a new guest is often arriving the same day.
Responsibilities:
Full clean of the unit after every guest checkout, including: Stripping and re-making all beds with fresh linens Washing, drying, and folding all towels and linens Cleaning inside and outside of the refrigerator and microwave Wiping down all kitchen counters, appliances, and cabinets Cleaning all bathrooms (toilets, showers, sinks, mirrors) Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping all floors Cleaning the outdoor patio/balcony area Dusting all surfaces, furniture, and fixtures Emptying all trash and replacing liners Restocking essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, soap) as needed Doing a final walkthrough to check for damage, missing items, or maintenance issues and reporting anything found
Requirements:
Reliable transportation to Horseshoe Bay, TX Availability to clean same-day between guest checkout and next check-in (typically checkout by 10 AM, check-in around 4 PM) Strong attention to detail — this is a guest-facing unit and needs to look hotel-quality every time Experience cleaning vacation rentals, hotels, or similar turnover cleaning preferred Must be trustworthy and dependable — consistent no-shows or last-minute cancellations won't work given guest check-in timing Own transportation to bring supplies is a plus, but not required

Pay Details:
$200 flat fee per cleaning, per turnover Frequency varies based on bookings — could range from a few times a month to more during peak season
