Position Summary The Seasonal Housekeeping Attendant supports the cleanliness and presentation of all member-facing areas — including member homes, Clubhouse facilities, Fitness Center, Lakeside amenities, and other shared spaces. This role is essential to ensuring every environment reflects Escondido's high standards of comfort, care, and hospitality. Key Responsibilities Clean and maintain members' homes, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor entry spaces Perform detailed cleaning of Clubhouse, Fitness Center, and common areas Restock supplies and ensure all spaces meet Escondido's cleanliness standards Assist with laundry, linens, and towel service Support event setup and cleanup as needed Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly Follow privacy, security, and confidentiality expectations when working inside member homes Provide friendly, respectful service to members, guests, and fellow team members What We're Looking For A positive attitude and strong work ethic High attention to detail and pride in maintaining beautiful spaces Reliability and a sense of urgency during busy turnover periods Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfort with physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting up to 30 lbs) Previous housekeeping or residential cleaning experience is a plus Availability on weekends and holidays during peak season This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in hospitality and custodial services while contributing to memorable guest experiences.
