Job Description

About Us:
At BroomsMen, we specialize in cleaning Airbnb properties, along with residential and commercial spaces. We are expanding our team and looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals who can help keep our properties guest-ready.
What You'll Do:
Perform cleaning and turnover services for Airbnb properties. Handle general residential and commercial cleaning when needed. Ensure properties meet high cleanliness standards for guests. Communicate professionally with team leads regarding tasks and schedules.
What We're Looking For:
Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required. Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Comfortable following checklists and cleaning protocols. Must be able to pass a background check.
Work Type:
1099 contract position - you set your schedule within assigned shifts. Mainly Airbnb turnovers, occasional residential and commercial jobs. How to
