Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment. Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, sanitizing bathrooms, and managing waste disposal efficiently. Conduct floor care activities such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and performing carpet cleaning as needed to preserve surface quality. Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items with care. Assist with cooking or meal preparation tasks if required, ensuring food safety and cleanliness standards are upheld. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to residents' or guests' requests and addressing any concerns professionally. Manage custodial supplies inventory and notify management when stock levels need replenishing to ensure continuous operation. Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning environments. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation practices, and floor care procedures. Experience with laundry operations and handling various cleaning equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners, and carpet extractors. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery safely. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor. Prior experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus but not required.
