The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and hospitality, ensuring that our guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming environment. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Ensure all bathrooms are cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies. Change bed linens and towels according to hotel policies. Maintain cleanliness in public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Assist with laundry duties as needed, ensuring that linens and towels are washed and folded properly. Follow all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner. Requirements Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or similar hospitality roles is preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and floor care practices. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Experience in janitorial or industrial cleaning is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. Good communication skills to interact with guests and team members positively. A background in housekeeping management is beneficial but not required.
