Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces as needed Execute detailed floor care routines such as vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning to maintain a spotless appearance Handle laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and disinfected according to health standards to promote a safe and healthy environment Manage janitorial duties like trash removal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment in excellent condition Provide friendly and professional customer service by addressing client requests and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleaning process Follow established cleaning protocols for special tasks such as upholstery cleaning or deep sanitation projects Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles; hotel or custodial experience is a plus Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care methods Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery safely Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Familiarity with laundry procedures and handling various cleaning supplies and equipment Prior experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning is advantageous but not required Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently with minimal supervision Embark on a fulfilling career where your skills make a tangible difference!
