Housekeeper

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure our residential or commercial spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services, managing laundry and sanitation tasks, and providing a welcoming environment for residents, guests, or clients. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help create a pristine, safe, and inviting atmosphere that exceeds expectations every day. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing floors to maintain a spotless environment. Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care. Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas thoroughly. Conduct residential or commercial cleaning using appropriate tools and cleaning agents to ensure hygiene and safety. Provide excellent customer service by addressing requests promptly and courteously, ensuring satisfaction at all times. Care for carpets through specialized cleaning techniques to preserve their appearance and longevity. Manage floor care routines including buffing, waxing, and stripping floors to keep surfaces in optimal condition. Requirements Proven experience in housekeeping, janitorial work, or related roles within residential or hotel settings. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation procedures, and floor care methods. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Familiarity with laundry processes and handling various cleaning supplies responsibly. Experience with carpet cleaning equipment and methods is preferred. Prior housekeeping management or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
