Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, including hotels, hospitals, and other hospitality environments. This role requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests and residents alike. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces. Conduct industrial cleaning as needed in specialized areas while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; report any shortages or maintenance needs. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless operations within the facility. Uphold the highest standards of custodial care while respecting guest privacy and property. Assist with floor care maintenance, including stripping, waxing, and buffing as required. Requirements Proven experience in housekeeping management or similar roles within the hospitality industry is preferred. Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to lift moderate weights and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
