The ideal candidate is hardworking, detail-oriented, team-focused, and understands the important role housekeeping plays in guest satisfaction and overall hotel success. What You'll Do Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas according to brand standards Change linens, make beds, replenish amenities, and ensure rooms are guest-ready Report maintenance concerns or safety issues promptly Ensure housekeeping carts, storage rooms, and work areas remain clean and organized Respond to guest requests professionally and in a timely manner Follow hotel cleanliness, sanitation, and safety procedures Assist with laundry duties and additional housekeeping responsibilities as needed Work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience Leadership & Work Expectations At Dursh Hospitality, we value team members who lead by example through hard work, accountability, and teamwork. Successful candidates will:
