Hotel Room Attendant/Personal De Limpieza

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Prior experience in cleaning or housekeeping is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and customer service are paramount. Responsibilities Clean and disinfect guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies Perform floor care duties such as mopping and carpet cleaning to maintain a pristine environment Ensure all public areas, hallways, and common spaces are tidy and well-maintained Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly Follow all safety procedures and protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests courteously and efficiently Adhere to hotel standards for cleanliness, appearance, and professionalism Experience Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, janitorial services, or custodial work is preferred but not required Experience with floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods is advantageous Knowledge of hospitality industry standards or housekeeper management is a plus Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team Ability to follow instructions accurately and maintain high standards of cleanliness Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
