In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained to uphold the highest standards of hospitality and comfort. Your proactive approach and dedication will contribute to an exceptional guest experience and smooth daily operations. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, public areas, and service spaces using industry-standard methods and equipment Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet care to ensure a spotless appearance Assist with moving furniture, equipment, and supplies to support housekeeping and maintenance teams Restock supplies such as linens, toiletries, and cleaning materials to ensure availability for staff and guests Support janitorial tasks including waste removal, window cleaning, and surface sanitation across all hotel areas Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe environment for staff and guests Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special requests or maintenance needs promptly Skills Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services within hospitality or industrial settings Knowledge of floor care techniques including polishing, stripping, and carpet cleaning Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards and hospitality industry best practices Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough cleaning efficiently Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues Prior experience in housekeeping management is a plus but not required Join us in creating a welcoming atmosphere where cleanliness meets excellence!
