We provide residential and commercial cleaning services with a focus on reliability, thoughtful service, clear communication, and consistently high-quality work. What You'll Do Clean residential homes and commercial spaces Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors Clean and sanitize kitchens and bathrooms Wipe down surfaces, fixtures, and high-touch areas Empty trash and complete general tidying Follow Alchemy Cleaning service checklists and quality standards Communicate professionally with clients and the Alchemy team Arrive on time and complete scheduled cleanings efficiently Report any damages, concerns, or client requests to management What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Strong attention to detail Professional and respectful in clients' homes and businesses Able to work independently and follow instructions Comfortable performing physical cleaning tasks for several hours Reliable transportation to cleaning locations throughout North Dallas Smartphone with reliable communication access Cleaning experience is preferred, but dependable candidates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply Schedule Flexible, part-time opportunities with the potential for additional hours as Alchemy Cleaning grows. Cleanings may be scheduled on weekdays and occasionally weekends depending on client needs. Compensation Paid per cleaning/job, with compensation based on the size and type of cleaning.
