60% of total job amount, paid per completed job About Us Triple G Cleaning is a residential cleaning company serving McKinney, Frisco and surrounding North Dallas communities. We handle the marketing, booking, scheduling and customer service — you focus on what you do best: providing excellent cleanings. We're looking to partner with reliable, experienced cleaning contractors who want additional, consistent cleaning opportunities without having to find clients or chase down invoices. How Pay Works You are paid a flat rate per job — 60% of the total job amount, before taxes. You will know what each job pays before accepting it. Because you're paid per job rather than hourly, efficient cleaners have the opportunity to earn more per hour. Payments are made weekly. What You'll Do Provide standard, deep and move-in/move-out residential cleanings Complete a brief customer walkthrough at arrival and completion Take before-and-after photos of completed jobs Communicate arrival confirmations and scheduling issues promptly Provide professional, dependable and high-quality service Requirements Please apply only if you meet the following requirements: Minimum 2 years of residential cleaning experience Your own cleaning supplies Your own cleaning equipment, including vacuum, mop, broom and step stool Reliable transportation Smartphone to receive schedules, confirm jobs and send photos Business liability insurance OR willingness to obtain it before your first job Availability to accept approximately 1-2 jobs per day when desired Legally authorized to work in the United States Able to pass a background check This Is a
