The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential or commercial spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests and residents. This role requires a strong commitment to quality and customer service, as well as the ability to work independently and efficiently. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage floor care tasks, including sweeping, waxing, and buffing floors to maintain their appearance. Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring all items are clean and well-maintained. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously. Assist with housekeeping management tasks, including inventory control of cleaning supplies and equipment. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards while performing cleaning duties. Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards. Requirements Previous experience in commercial cleaning or residential cleaning is preferred. Familiarity with custodial practices and housekeeping management techniques is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Experience in hotel housekeeping is an advantage but not required.
