Hotel Housekeeper

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in residential or commercial settings. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Execute floor care duties such as sweeping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Manage laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing as needed. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning tasks. Ensure proper sanitation practices are followed to maintain a safe environment for residents or guests. Assist with cooking or meal preparation when required, ensuring kitchen areas are clean and organized. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management. Collaborate with housekeeping management to implement best practices in cleaning procedures. Qualifications Previous experience in residential cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services is preferred. Familiarity with commercial cleaning standards and practices is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions and work independently. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor towards clients. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Experience in housekeeping management is advantageous but not mandatory. Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety measures related to cleaning products is essential.
