Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure that our residential or commercial spaces are spotless, welcoming, and well-maintained. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services, maintaining high sanitation standards, and creating a comfortable environment for residents, guests, or clients. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help uphold the cleanliness and overall appearance of the property, making it a pleasant space for everyone. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of Hotel Guest Rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items with care Maintain floor care by sweeping, buffing, polishing, and applying appropriate treatments to preserve flooring quality Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents' or guests' requests promptly and professionally Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed during cleaning processes to promote health and safety standards Manage residential or commercial cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when stock needs replenishing Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as scheduling cleaning routines and coordinating team efforts when applicable Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, custodial work or janitorial services is highly preferred Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and commercial cleaning procedures Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending frequently Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Basic cooking skills are a plus for some roles involving meal preparation or kitchen upkeep Experience with laundry operations and proper handling of linens and clothing items Familiarity with housekeeping management tools or systems is advantageous but not required Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards at all times Join us in creating pristine environments where comfort meets excellence!
