Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items with care Maintain floors through proper care techniques like carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and buffing to preserve their appearance and longevity Use janitorial equipment and cleaning supplies efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and sanitation guidelines Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally during visits Assist with kitchen-related tasks such as basic cooking or food preparation when required Support custodial management by reporting maintenance issues or supply shortages promptly Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning environments Familiarity with cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and janitorial procedures Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally Experience with laundry operations and basic cooking skills are a plus Knowledge of safety standards related to cleaning chemicals and equipment use Previous housekeeping management or supervisory experience is advantageous but not required Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting Join us in creating pristine environments that leave lasting impressions!
