Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Seasonal Housekeeper and play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation across our hospitality facilities. This energetic position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to guest satisfaction by ensuring pristine environments, and upholding safety protocols. As a Seasonal Housekeeper, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services, handling cleaning equipment and providing friendly customer service to our guests and staff alike. Your dedication will help create welcoming, spotless spaces that leave a lasting positive impression. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment such as vacuums, mops, and scrubbers. Clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchen Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to maintain a polished appearance throughout the facility. Manage janitorial tasks such as trash removal, sanitation of restrooms, replenishing supplies, and ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards. Launder linens and make beds Assist with heavy lifting tasks involving furniture or supplies while following manual handling safety practices to prevent injury. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or inquiries related to housekeeping needs. Assist with cooking or meal preparation as needed Stock drinks Pick up golf balls Cleaning patios Watering plants Must have valid driver license Must have reliable transportation to and from work Must be able to work weekends, day and night shifts Requirements Proven experience housekeeping or custodial services with knowledge of cleaning techniques. Familiarity with floor cleaning methods, sanitation standards, and emergency procedures. Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling tasks, vacuuming, and prolonged standing or walking during shifts. Strong attention to detail with a focus on sanitation, cleanliness, and safety compliance. Excellent communication skills combined with a hospitable attitude to deliver outstanding customer service.
