Residential Cleaner Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced residential cleaners to join our team at Paragon Maids LLC. As an independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to set your own hours and choose the jobs that best fit your schedule. You will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to our clients' homes.

Responsibilities:

Perform thorough cleaning tasks in accordance with the specific needs and preferences of our clients, ensuring exceptional cleanliness and sanitation of all areas of the home. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and countertops. Scrub and disinfect kitchens, including appliances, countertops, sinks, and cabinet exteriors. Dust all surfaces, including furniture, shelves, baseboards, and light fixtures. Vacuum carpets and rugs, ensuring all dirt and debris are removed. Sweep and mop hard floors, such as tile, hardwood, and laminate. Empty and dispose of trash and recycling bins. Manage and provide all necessary cleaning supplies for each job, ensuring you have the appropriate tools and products to achieve optimal results. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning requirements and preferences, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly and professionally. Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in all aspects of your work, representing Paragon Maids LLC positively at all times.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of residential cleaning experience. Must provide proof of insurance and bonding. Ability to pass a background check. Must be authorized to work in the USA.

Reliable transportation:

You must have your own vehicle to travel to and from clients' homes. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

Compensation:
