Job Description
Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and organization throughout our facility. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work and is committed to providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests. Key Responsibilities Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards Change linens, make beds, and replenish towels and toiletries Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces in assigned areas Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly Respond to guest requests in a courteous and timely manner Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping carts and storage areas Follow all health and safety guidelines Qualifications Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (but not required) Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Strong attention to detail Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods Dependable and punctual Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Basic communication skills and a positive attitude
