Sterling Cleaning Co. is seeking experienced residential house cleaners and cleaning teams to join our growing contractor network. We provide professional residential cleaning services throughout South and Central Texas and are looking for dependable, detail-oriented cleaners who take pride in their work and want consistent job opportunities without having to find their own customers. We are currently hiring cleaners in Pleasanton, Natalia, Devine, Lytle, Jourdanton, Poteet, San Antonio, and surrounding communities. What You'll Do Perform recurring residential cleaning services Complete deep cleaning services Perform move-in and move-out cleaning Follow Sterling Cleaning Co. cleaning checklists and customer instructions Deliver high-quality work with attention to detail Communicate professionally with customers and management Arrive on time and complete jobs efficiently Take before and after photos when required This Position Is Ideal For Independent house cleaners Small cleaning businesses Experienced residential cleaning teams Cleaners looking for additional work during the week Requirements Residential cleaning experience preferred Reliable transportation Smartphone with internet access Valid driver's license Ability to pass a background check Strong attention to detail Professional appearance and communication skills Must provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment Must be authorized to work in the United States Types of Properties You'll clean a variety of residential properties, including: Single-family homes Apartments Townhomes Move-in/Move-out properties Occasionally vacation rentals What We Offer Flexible scheduling Choose the jobs that fit your availability Consistent cleaning opportunities Competitive pay ($20-$25 per hour) Weekly pay Supportive local management Opportunity for additional work as Sterling Cleaning Co. continues expanding throughout Texas Important Information This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position.
