In this role, you will ensure each property is impeccably maintained, clean, and welcoming for guests. Duties Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of rental properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces. Conduct detailed floor care, including vacuuming, mopping, and maintaining overall cleanliness standards. Prepare properties for new guests by restocking essentials like toiletries, kitchen supplies, etc. Ensure all surfaces are sanitized according to health standards and maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout each property. Maintain neat and orderly presentation of beds, toiletries, kitchen supplies, and living spaces Experience Proven experience in residential cleaning with a focus on hospitality or short-term rentals preferred. Background in hotel housekeeping management is highly desirable. Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols to ensure a healthy environment for guests. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
