Housekeeper

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure our hospitality rooms and common areas are spotless, welcoming, and well-maintained. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services, maintaining high standards of sanitation, and creating a comfortable environment for guests. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guestrooms, bathrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and products. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens items efficiently. Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and performing carpet cleaning as needed to keep surfaces pristine. Ensure all sanitation standards are met by disinfecting high-touch surfaces and managing waste disposal properly. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guests' requests promptly and professionally. Manage custodial tasks including restocking supplies, organizing storage areas, and maintaining cleaning equipment. Assist with housekeeping management tasks and helping other cleaning staff. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning environments is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation practices, and janitorial procedures. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending frequently. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Familiarity with laundry processes and handling various cleaning chemicals safely. Previous experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus.
