Job Description
New management hiring @ Avid hotel
Responsibilities:
- Perform general housekeeping duties, including cleaning and sanitizing various areas of the facility
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Dust and wipe down surfaces
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean and disinfect restrooms
- Replenish supplies in restrooms and common areas
- Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols
- Adhere to safety guidelines and OSHA regulations
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
Requirements:
- Previous experience in custodial or environmental services preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation
- Familiarity with hospital or commercial cleaning practices is a plus
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Must be able to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
