The Club Attendant will drive member satisfaction by completing a variety of cleaning tasks to keep the facility neat, clean and tidy. This role offers the chance to work in a positive environment, and to help ensure that our members are proud to call us their home gym. If this speaks to you, we'd love to have you on the team. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Always putting your best foot forward as an ambassador of the Workout Anytime brand. Completing daily and weekly cleaning checklists. Dusting and cleaning cardio and weight equipment. Cleaning and disinfecting locker rooms/restrooms. Mopping and vacuuming all areas of the club. Refilling supplies as needed, and emptying trash receptacles. Doing all tasks with a "members first" approach. If a member needs assistance or guidance outside of the scope of your work, to be able to pause the task at hand and courteously direct them to a member of our front desk team or the Club Manager.

Qualifications:

Desired candidates will be outgoing, flexible, reliable, and able to work independently. Capable of following instructions and learning new techniques. Attention to detail and excellent time management skills. Some experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or maintenance preferred. Ability to use a variety of cleaning products and equipment. Ability to independently lift 45lbs. A flexible work schedule is preferred with availability to work some weekends.
