What You'll Do Perform thorough residential cleaning including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms, and surface cleaning Follow Cerva's detailed room-by-room cleaning checklist consistently on every job Communicate professionally and courteously with clients before and after each clean Use company-provided supplies and equipment safely and efficiently Report any client concerns, property damage, or issues to management promptly Represent Cerva Clean's brand with professionalism in every home you enter What We're Looking For Prior residential cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial experience preferred Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license — required Ability to pass a background check — required Strong attention to detail and genuine pride in quality work Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks — bending, lifting up to 25 lbs, standing for extended periods Professional communication with clients Punctual, dependable, self-motivated What We Offer $16-$19/hr based on experience Mileage reimbursement Paid training Flexible schedule Performance bonuses tied to client reviews Opportunity to grow into a crew lead role as the company scales Hours start part-time (20-32 hrs/week) with path to full-time as client base grows This is not a 1099 position. All cleaners are hired as W2 employees.
